Art Painting Workshops with mindful meditation and healing, tailored especially for you in, beautiful Cornwall

One on One Painting Workshops with guided mindful meditation to help us connect to our hearts, the moment and our creativity, bringing calm and wellbeing.

Guided mindful meditation helps us to relax and centre, and from this place of balance and peace, we open our hearts and connect to the moment, our true selves and our creativity and joy.

We are then able to let the paint flow onto the paper and our inhibitions and critics remain outside as our creative spirits fly.

Whether you are a complete novice and have always wanted to paint, or very experienced, my art workshop could be for you. Set in my private garden studio, nesstled in a tropical garden five minutes walk from the fabulous Porthtowan blue flag beach in Cornwall, the space is peaceful and nurturing. 

One on one sessions are tailored uniquely to you.  I also offer One on Two sessions for you and a friend...

A Small Group art workshop and a corporate team art workshop ~ both are available on request.

Giving ourselves permission to play and express ourselves creatively also has a huge impact as we begin to remember who we are and our purpose in life, which in turn helps us feel more confident and content.

The art workshop will last three hours normally and include mindfulness guided meditation, intuitive painting tuition and healing.
