A painting workshop with guided meditation to help us connect to our hearts, our angels and guides and our  our creativity.

Guided mindful meditation helps us to relax and centre, and from this place of balance and peace, we open our hearts and connect to the moment, our true selves and our creativity and joy as well as our angels and guides who wait to help us on our life journey.

Whether you are a complete novice and have always wanted to paint, or very experienced, my art workshop could be for you.  Come have some fun, paint intuitively in a calm, healing angelic environment.

Science has proven that expressing ourselves creatively is not only good for us, but essential.
