Kids Connect with your Spirit Animal painting workshop

A painting workshop designed for kids to help them build confidence, have fun and connect with their creativity and if they wish their Spirit Animal for guidance and protection.

The workshop will include some mindful meditation and vizualisation and is suitable for all.

Take home a mounted painting or two and feel more connected with your creativity, learn some simple mindfulness meditation and have fun!

The session will run for 2 hours from my garden studio. 
Parents can be present or not as they wish.
